Dear Mr. Mrs. Horstmeyer,
In 2005 I purchased a Saab convertible from you for my wife.
We have been most satisfied customers since our purchase. We have
been most loyal and you have performed all factory recommended
maintenance and all oil changes and miscellaneous repairs.
This last week Sue was in for an oil change and a problem arose
with our grandson and his car. Ben Hyde, your service adviser, was
most courteous and helpful. He went out of his way to help us at our
time of need. Our grandson called my wife to bring him gas. He had
run out of gas and was stranded on the Norwood Lateral. Once Ben
heard of her predicament, he found a gas can in the shop and personally
went to a gas station and filled it up and brought it back for Sue He was
concerned, since it didn't have a cap, that it would spill in her car. He
taped the opening, gave her a funnel and put them in a box so if there
was any spillage her car would be protected. In addition to being a good
Samaritan, he truly demonstrated care and concern for his customer.
You can be proud of your service department and your caring
outstanding service advisors, like Ben Hyde.

I am glad to tell you that the 2011 9-5 we purchased from you is performing very well. I even drove through the snow storm that hit New England in October. The car handled the treacherous road conditions admirably.
As you know, our current Saab is our fourth vehicle purchased through your dealership. We would certainly consider purchasing a fifth, if and when circumstances allow.

Hi AJ.
Thanks for the nice note. We really have been enjoying the convertible. We were able to get out 4 times with the top down! The car is so much fun and so easy to drive. I have even used the paddle shifters a couple of times. My first car was a 1965 mustang 3 speed so it kind of takes me back to my youth!

Dear Mr. Conley:
I just wanted to express how impressed I was with, not only the knowledge you and Chad have
with the vehicles, but your overall professionalism as well.
My experience in buying my 2006 9-3 Sport Combi was, BY FAR, the best I've ever had in
purchasing a vehicle. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything as you truly cared in
what I was looking for in a vehicle that fit my needs.
You provided me necessary information about the vehicle, and with this being a pre-owned item,
showed me the detailed maintenance information so I could buy it with the confidence that this
was a well maintained machine. All the information provided allowed me to learn about the
Saab brand, as I had no knowledge of them prior to this purchase.
The next time I'm in the market for another vehicle, this will be the very first, and possibly the
only, place I will come.

I found Just Saab on a whim while searching for Saab 9-5s. Interested in one of their vehicles, I e-mailed for more information. I received an e-mail back the next day with pictures of the car I was interested in. After calling, it seemed like it was perfect. From 500 miles away, AJ and Just Saab helped me evaluate my trade, get more information, and feel comfortable with a purchase. Every call or e-mail question I had was answered completely and timely. I drove 8 hours to get my Saab and I wasn't disappointed. They had it behind a garage door for a big reveal - it was truly perfect. I have never had an easier experience buying a car, nor have I seen such excellent customer service, from the service staff and mechanics right on up. It's easy to just sell a vehicle. Just Saab gives you an experience. When I get my 9-5 SportCombi in a couple of years, I will again make the 500 mile trip to buy from Just Saab.
