Always very friendly. I had to change my appointment several times and they were more than accommodating. Most recently, I brought my car in just for a recall, and they went ahead and did an inspection on the car and alerted me of a few things that would need attention, without me even asking for an inspection. They explained my options and gave me price quotes without being pushy. I am glad to have a shop in my area that specializes in and has a love for Saabs just like I do! Thanks Just Saab!

Pleasant service experience, answered every question, professional and respectful.

Tim in Service is always very helpful in setting up quick appointments and loaner cars if needed. He calls when he says he will and fully explains the recommended work and the reason behind it. I never feel pressured to add additional non-critical work. He even keeps an eye on any recalls and rolls it into service trips. Top notch.

Tim and crew are easy to work with and keep my Saab 93 running like a top.

Our son was moving to Colorado on very short notice. I called to see if we could get his car in as soon as possible and they squeezed us in. As always Tim was courteous and helpful. He called and explained all that needed to be done and then made sure it was done. We have dealt with Tim for the duration of owning this car (and the other 2 we owned) and he has always been helpful and knowledgeable. If you own a Saab, please know that your car will be well taken care of, you will be treated fairly and all work will be done correctly.

They always do great quality work and get the job done quick. I drove 45 minutes just to take my Saab to them.
